Hyundai’s New Livery for WRC Season Pays Tribute to N Brand

Hyundai has made a bold move by retiring the sky blue colour scheme that was used at the beginning of the season and introducing a completely new look for their WRC team. The new livery pays tribute to 10 years of Hyundai’s high-performance ‘N’ road car brand, showcasing vibrant orange, white, and blue colors. This change in livery coincides with a larger campaign celebrating Hyundai N’s decade-long presence in the WRC.

The new livery is set to make its debut at Rally Sweden, the second round of the WRC season. This event will mark Esapekka Lappi’s first start of the season, driving the third i20 N alongside full-time drivers Thierry Neuville and Ott Tanak. The decision to introduce the new livery at such a prestigious event demonstrates Hyundai’s commitment to staying competitive in the WRC.

Hyundai team principal Cyril Abiteboul expressed the significance of the new livery, stating that it was designed to honor the close partnership between Hyundai Motorsport and Hyundai N. The livery serves as a tribute to the 10-year journey of Hyundai N in the world of rallying. The successful start to the season at Monte Carlo, where Neuville secured victory, was a pivotal moment that inspired the creation of this new design.
